Lets do this!!!

Alright so this is my first blog. Believe it or not I had never even encountered a blog until I was a freshman at Lenoir Rhyne College in Hickory, North Carolina. We had to read and respond to blogs on certain reading in my English class (well look at that I've already lied to you and I haven't even been blogging for 5 minutes). I predict that I will contradict myself fairly regularly in this thing-a-ma-doodle. So if that bothers you sorry, but that's just how I roll. So now that that little sidebar is out of the way back to my intro to blogging. I can honestly say that I thought that the people who blog regularly on any given topic were self glorifying pretentious douche bags with way to much time on their hands, but obviously I have changed my tune--not because I'm not all of those things, but because that's just not how I'm gonna look at it--so that brings us to now...3 and a 1/2 years, 3 schools, 3 moves, and...surprising monotony. To be fair it isn't all bad if I want to be honest with myself it's not bad at all. I have a healthy family that loves me and supports me, I have friends that I trust and love, I have a job, and I'm going to school, by all accounts life is good, so I shouldn't complain, but I'm gonna because it's easier, safer, and more fun. So, don't take me too seriously and remember this is supposed to be fun. I gotta say that this is way harder than I originally thought. I know this has been really hard for people to read, it is slow and probably pretty boring, but stick with me and I will get better. It is really difficult for me to guess what people would care about. So until I figure out my niche prepare for a vague and ubiquitous approach to blogging.
